Evening primrose oil is the vegetable oil with the highest omega-6 content, with at least 65% linoleic acid, which is an essential fatty acid that is not produced by the body.
Especially recommended for women, each capsule contains 10 mg of vitamin e, which helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
No organic solvents were used and the oil was not exposed to elevated temperatures.
